Everyone at the hotel goes above and beyond. Our group (Are We There Yet?) luggage was delivered quickly and picked up quickly without a mistake. I called for a refrigerator and it came up in less than 10 minutes. Tracy at the front desk was fabulous and Dylan was kind and helpful. We will be back!

The hotel was beautiful and in a wonderful location. The staff made the experience. Clinton checked us in and was very warm, welcoming and helpful. He was also very helpful when we discovered our room did not have a microwave and we were counting on that for a pre-race breakfast! Then, Ocean (I think was her name) in the cafe was wonderful and made us the most delicious coffees. The rooms were cozy and clean. We had Preston's for dinner both nights. We definitely wouldn't mind coming back and bringing the kids!

Love going here. Laid back, close to the mountain. Beds are super hard for me. Heating is a split heating system so it's okay. Employees at the front desk are attentive and nice! Maintenance was called upon arrival because we couldn't figure out the heat. They came up promptly. Restaurant is casual but felt neglected for service. The pool is outdoors and heated! You'd be surprised how many people went in it. The weather and snow were brutal while there so the lobby had lots of portable heaters. The front desk folks are beasts. There's a nice fireplace in the lobby. Killington mountain is close by and although freezing out, the slopes did not disappoint. We'll be back.

Rooms are a bit dated but very clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub are sparkling clean — just note they’re outdoors, so weather can limit use. The property is gorgeous with beautiful mountain views. Overall, a wonderful stay. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Always wonderful. Right across from lifts with a beautiful view and an amazing outdoor pool. Staff was very accessible and helpful. Our 3rd time there in the last 6 years.

The hotel is quite old and could definitely use some renovations. However, the staff were attentive, friendly, and very kind throughout our stay. The only downside was that the prices of food items in the hotel shop were extremely high. On the positive side, the location is excellent — it’s very close to the slopes, which is a big advantage.

The Grand is our favorite ski destination. We park the truck for the week and never leave. Easy access to the slopes. Great food. Heated pool, hot tub and sauna are invigorating after a full day of skiing. The staff is wonderful, friendly and accommodating. Waking to the view of the mountain covered by fresh powered is amazing.

Have been in the off season several times for a conference. The restaurant experience was good. Dinner and breakfast for good and service was very friendly, especially at dinner. Room was okay. For the off season was good.
